1. MMH operates a marketplace platform for merchant orders, chef bookings, and delivery coordination. MMH is not the merchant, chef, or driver for every transaction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use MMH lawfully.
3. In v1, marketplace food orders are limited to one merchant per order. Orders and bookings remain subject to availability, service areas, notice periods, guest limits, pricing rules, and operational constraints shown in MMH.
4. Chef bookings are request-based in v1. A chef must accept the request, and any required payment step must be satisfied before the booking is confirmed.
5. Before payment, MMH shows the total and applicable components, including subtotal, service fee, transaction fee, delivery fee, small-order fee, priority delivery fee, taxes, and an optional driver tip when applicable. Fees may vary by order, merchant, fulfillment type, basket size, distance, timing, and selected options.
6. Driver tips are optional. Preset tips may be calculated on food subtotal only. Custom tips are fixed dollar amounts, not percentages. Tips go 100% to the driver, do not count as MMH revenue, and do not reduce merchant payout.
7. Chef bookings may be subject to pricing, service area, notice, guest, and deposit rules. Deposits are non-refundable once a chef booking is accepted and confirmed, except where required by law or where MMH expressly approves otherwise under the cancellation policy. Customers must acknowledge the deposit policy before paying.
8. MMH may use Stripe, Stripe Connect, and other approved payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize MMH and its providers to process the amount shown in the applicable checkout or booking flow.
9. Refunds, cancellations, substitutions, delivery issues, and booking disputes depend on the specific order, booking, and policy context shown in MMH. Perishable goods, accepted chef bookings, and completed deliveries may affect available remedies.
10. MMH may suspend, refuse, limit, or terminate access, orders, bookings, payouts, or features where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, platform integrity, unpaid amounts, policy violations, or legal compliance.
11. MMH retains ownership of the platform and related intellectual property. Final dispute, governing-law, indemnity, and limitation language should receive lawyer review before launch.
