2. MMH does not prepare, cook, portion, or inspect every product or meal offered through the platform and does not guarantee allergen-free environments.
3. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, or dietary restrictions should review listing information carefully and contact the merchant or chef through approved platform channels where available before ordering or confirming a booking.
4. Delivery timing, weather, traffic, handoff conditions, and customer availability can affect food condition. Perishable goods should be handled promptly after delivery according to merchant or chef guidance.
