Driver Terms

1. Drivers are responsible for completing onboarding, maintaining accurate account information, meeting eligibility standards, and complying with licence, insurance, and safety obligations applicable to their work.

2. Drivers are expected to manage availability honestly, accept or decline deliveries in good faith, handle customer information carefully, follow delivery instructions when safe and lawful, and maintain professional conduct during pickup, transport, and handoff.

3. Customer tips are optional and go 100% to the driver. Tips do not count as MMH revenue and do not reduce merchant payout.

4. Driver earnings shown in MMH may include delivery compensation, eligible supplements, and customer tips. Final payout records may be adjusted for refunds, disputes, fraud review, order cancellation, support intervention, duplicate payouts, or other contractually permitted corrections.

5. Drivers must protect delivery addresses, live tracking information, contact details, and other personal information disclosed through MMH and may use that information only to complete the delivery or support task at issue.

6. Unsafe conduct, impaired driving, harassment, discrimination, tampering, theft, falsified delivery status, fake coordinates, or prohibited off-platform solicitation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Unless MMH expressly provides otherwise in a separate written arrangement, drivers are responsible for their own vehicle, taxes, fuel, insurance, and operating costs. Final worker-classification language should receive lawyer review before launch.
