Community Guidelines

1. Treat customers, merchants, chefs, drivers, support staff, and other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, and abusive conduct are prohibited.

2. Fake accounts, rating manipulation, fraudulent claims, promo abuse, review abuse, identity misuse, and any attempt to interfere with platform security or integrity are prohibited.

3. Off-platform circumvention is not allowed where platform rules or role agreements prohibit it. Users may not use MMH to solicit off-platform payment, booking, or fulfillment arrangements in violation of the applicable agreement.

4. MMH may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove users, listings, or payouts where reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud, respond to misconduct, or maintain platform integrity.
